As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll be the face of Sephora in-store, welcoming clients and providing personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. You’ll also support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—promoting an inclusive, team-focused culture and upholding Sephora standards.

•Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through strong client engagement.
•Support inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.6 - 19.3 hourly

•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
