Key Responsibilities

•Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001:2018 management system across ASOS offices.
•Plan and deliver the internal audit programme across office locations; own incident reporting and investigation process.
•Oversee the ergonomics and reasonable adjustments programme for employees in all locations; manage RAMS reviews for contractor activities.
•Deliver the health and safety training programme and ensure first aid and fire marshal compliance.
•Drive health and safety culture; coordinate ASOS Health & Safety Steering Committee and report on trends and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
•Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of stakeholders; experience producing and reviewing policies and guidance for ISO 45001:2018.
•Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation; understanding of ergonomics and reasonable adjustments.
•NEBOSH qualification (diploma preferred, but not essential); IOSH membership.
•Experience managing risks associated with shoots and events; ability to lead audits and drive continuous improvement.
