District Technical Training Representative (Durban, NL, ZA)

Drive business performance by building retail team capability across all sales channels through Global Sales Academy training programs. Conduct consumer-facing trainings, ensure AREA and Atticus learning modules are completed, and organize training materials and calendars. Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and learning metrics, adapt global content for local needs, and support district trainers and channel partners through store visits and ongoing coaching.
