Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify process and system improvement opportunities in existing end-to-end (E2E) processes.
  • •Research and analyze Next-Generation PLM systems and engage vendors for demonstrations.
  • •Collaborate with PD, IT, and Finance teams for business case analysis, system design, development, UAT, and implementation.
  • •Support adoption of new processes and systems through user training and roles/access management.
  • •Bridge process optimization and new system development to ensure smooth rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in process optimization and As-is/To-be process mapping in the manufacturing industry.
  • •2+ years’ experience in data analysis.
  • •2+ years’ experience in software development working with an IT team.
  • •Experience with FlexPLM, Dynamic AX, or SAP (plus).
  • •Fluent English and Thai with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
