Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of Athene’s fixed income investor relations strategy and align investor communications and engagement with corporate and capital markets priorities.
  • •Coordinate the quarterly fixed income investor call process, including presentations, executive messaging, Q&A materials, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • •Partner with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Capital Markets, Accounting, Legal, and Communications to create accurate external messaging on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • •Analyze investor sentiment, market trends, competitive activity, and stakeholder feedback to develop insights and recommend actions that strengthen engagement.
  • •Develop investor presentations and executive materials, and improve IR processes and digital communications using technology and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and investor experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,030.4 - 280,545.6 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, treasury, corporate finance, or related financial services disciplines.
  • •Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and debt capital markets, with ability to interpret financial information for investor implications.
  • •Experience developing high-quality financial and executive communications and synthesizing complex information for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and relationship-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functionally without formal authority.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
