Job Summary

Provide project management support across the full lifecycle of construction projects, partnering with a UK-based project management team. Help manage change, scope, commercial, risk, client management, and quality assurance using established processes (including RIBA stages 0 to 7). Assist the Project Director/UK Project Manager with performance metrics, prepare reporting and documentation, and—when feasible—act as lead project manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the team in fulfilling contracted project management obligations on construction projects from inception to completion and occupation.
•Support and report on change management processes and implement protocols to support successful delivery.
•Use detailed knowledge of project management deliverables across RIBA stages 0 to 7.
•Assist the Project Director or UK Project Manager with developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance metrics.
•Where relevant and feasible, act as lead project manager and help manage scope, change, commercial, risk, client management, and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4-year degree from an internationally recognised university in a property or construction-related discipline.
•Typically 7–12 years of relevant project management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
•Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
•Ability to obtain information, analyze it, and assemble meaningful documents such as reports, programmes, and spreadsheets.
•Comfortable supporting overseas managers to meet contractual obligations and using Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
