•Lead the design and execution of local logistics strategy and budgeting, coordinating inventory, transportation, and distribution activities.
•Manage 3PL contracts and monitor KPI performance, ensuring compliance with service levels and cost targets.
•Oversee import/export processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance (local regulations, CITES, labeling).
•Coordinate with stores, merchandising, e-commerce, and partners on planning and delivery schedules to optimize store replenishment and customer service.
•Support global Supply Chain projects and the rollout of group initiatives (Milkyway, SAP, Cockpit) while driving continuous process improvements and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field
•Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics/operations as a coordinator
•Experience with B2C operations, store replenishment and warehouse distribution
•Strong operational focus and action-oriented mindset
•IT skills: WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
