Key Responsibilities

  • •Select suitable service providers and place freight/transport orders.
  • •Handle international order processing, including creation of shipping and export documents and certificates.
  • •Arrange required cargo space for land, sea, and air transport.
  • •Coordinate transport planning and customer-side appointment scheduling, especially for construction/project business.
  • •Manage customs and export control processes, including Intrastat reporting and approvals related to AEO status, and support transport tendering and damage/claims handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a shipping/forwarding and logistics professional (Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) or equivalent qualification.
  • •Experience in shipping/logistics dispatch and transport coordination.
  • •Strong knowledge of order, transport, and damage/claims processing.
  • •Current customs knowledge or willingness to continuously update expertise.
  • •Experience with export control and customs-relevant documents (AEO-related experience is ideal).
