Production Shift-Lead (Night Shift)

Lead and manage production operations on multiple departments and shifts, coordinating employees to maximize productivity while meeting cost, profit, and production goals. Train and develop team members, coach and counsel employees, evaluate performance, and manage department inventory. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives in compliance with UFP policies, safety standards, and procedures, including participation in the Safety Committee.
