Key Requirements

  • •Post high school education is required
  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, with 1 to 3 years of experience managing people
  • •Strong communication skills to speak clearly, engage listeners, and ask pertinent questions
  • •Proficiency in operating Inside UFPI and using Citrix for required work tasks
  • •Commitment to safety, including training related to machine audits and LOTO, and knowledge of continuous improvement (5S, TPM)
