Key Responsibilities

  • •Support one or more of three US regions by owning urgent recruiting needs and delivering talent on time as requirements change quickly.
  • •Screen 40–60 candidates each week and manage hiring manager meetings and scheduling.
  • •Coordinate candidate flow and send offers (no negotiation in this role) based on pre-established pay rates.
  • •Partner with Area Managers and RVPs to staff locations with Sales and Service Technicians, plus managers and warehouse associates.
  • •Maintain an organized ATS workflow with strong data hygiene and a reliable, methodical process.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year as a multi-location field recruiter and/or 1+ year recruiting for G&A and GTM.
  • •Experience managing 15+ requisitions in a multi-location market (e.g., retail, service, food service, home services).
  • •Ability to autonomously maintain a full calendar of screens and average 5–10+ offers per week.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and own the hiring manager experience.
  • •Knowledge of recruiting software such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday (HUGE PLUS: Ashby ATS experience).
