Job Summary

Own the day-to-day learning operations that keep enterprise talent programs running smoothly and delivering a strong learner experience. Administer and optimize Workday Learning, configure curricula and reporting structures, troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors, and coordinate instructor-led and virtual learning logistics. Use learning data and operational metrics to generate reports, spot trends, and drive continuous process improvements across the talent development organization.

•Manage day-to-day operations for enterprise learning programs to ensure accurate, timely, high-quality delivery.
•Execute logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, and materials.
•Administer and optimize the Workday learning management system, configuring courses, curricula, learning paths, and reporting structures.
•Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, and content providers; manage vendor logistics and support contract tracking and performance monitoring.
•Generate and analyze learning data and operational metrics, produce reports, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
