Support factory test processes and software used on client systems by collecting issue data, driving fixes, and improving process gaps and test coverage. Help design and architect new or re-engineered software/storage environments, create software/storage specifications from diagrams and documents, and build/review technical and user documentation. Develop, review, and implement test strategies for software products and systems.

•Collect issue category data, partner with issue owners to resolve issues, and improve process gaps and test coverage.
•Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software/storage environments.
•Prepare written software/storage specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documents.
•Build and review design, functional, technical, and/or user documentation as needed.
•Develop, review, and implement test strategies for software products and systems.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of coding and test experience in a manufacturing environment with a Bachelor's Degree.
•Validated knowledge of programming languages (e.g., python), operating systems, firmware/BIOS, device drivers, databases, and system/network/application administration.
•Ability to code/debug more sophisticated programs using written or verbal design specifications.
•Willingness to travel to ODM sites.
•Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
