Job Summary

Manage assigned accounting transactions (accruals, devengos, and others) in the company ERP to keep financial information aligned with accounting standards. Analyze assigned accounts, investigate discrepancies to support monthly financial statements (EEFF), and ensure correct expense coding by chart of accounts and cost centers. Prepare intercompany balances and support external/internal financial audit follow-ups, including documentation of supporting records.

Key Responsibilities

•Record assigned accounting transactions (provisions, accruals, and others) in the ERP in line with accounting standards.
•Analyze assigned accounts and resolve discrepancies to support monthly financial statements.
•Verify correct expense allocation using the chart of accounts, cost center distribution, and corporate branches for monthly close.
•Prepare reports of intercompany balances and transactions to support intercompany balance reconciliation.
•Review and follow up on external and internal financial audit requirements, ensuring proper supporting documentation for accounting records.

Key Requirements

•Accounting degree (Bachiller) with 2–3 years of experience in the accounting area.
•Knowledge of financial standards (IFRS).
•Knowledge of tax regulations (Normativa Tributaria).
•Advanced Excel experience.
•Intermediate to advanced English; Power BI is desirable.
