Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and collaborate on strategic, tactical, operational, and financial responsibilities for function/line of business data storage, preparation, exploration, governance, analytics, and delivery.
  • •Oversee end-to-end information management, analytics, and delivery processes, ensuring effective application controls and data delivery.
  • •Set strategy and coordinate subfunctions for delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions for business stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • •Evaluate industry trends and integrate best practices into process, technology, and strategic plans; provide system thinking to influence data, information, and application architecture decisions.
  • •Oversee data reporting opportunities and complex projects, including retiring reports and promoting advanced self-service capabilities, and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a quantitative field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of progressive experience leading data, analytics, application, or information management capabilities in a complex organization.
  • •3 years of people leadership experience building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience setting strategy, managing priorities, and delivering complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
  • •Experience identifying and managing business, operational, data, or application risks within established control frameworks.
