Job Summary

Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reports to communicate P&C and Capacity & Resource Management insights to leadership. Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data integrity, then deliver workforce analytics that support capacity management and talent acquisition, retention, and development. Partner with cross-functional teams, improve data processes, and maintain reporting documentation such as data dictionaries and reference data.

•Nice to have: knowledge of analytics tools or systems such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R.
