Sales & Service Manager - Boston Seaport

Lead store sales and guest experience execution as part of the Sales & Service leadership team, partnering with the General Manager to set and implement strategy. Oversee the Sales & Service team on the floor, coaching and addressing gaps through feedback. Investigate root causes of sales opportunities, build daily client relationships, manage sales floor coverage, and support reporting and budgeting with key metrics like expenses and sell-thru.
