Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including engine performance, drivability, and electrical systems.
  • •Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering, suspension, complete 4-wheel alignments, and heating/air conditioning systems.
  • •Inspect vehicles and maintain shop cleanliness per 5S principles.
  • •Consult with customers on repair needs, explain services performed, and ensure clear communication during repairs.
  • •Manage parts inventory (receive shipments, maintain stocking levels) and follow EH&S requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of New Associate Orientation Training and Kronos Training for Hourly Associates.
  • •Maintain required ASE certifications for Steering and Suspension, Brakes, Heating/Air Conditioning, Electrical, Engine Repair, Manual Drive Train/Axles, Engine Performance, and Automatic Transmission/Transaxle where required by State/Local law.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately.
  • •Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
