Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily field operations for mass grading, excavation, utilities, and roadway construction across multiple crews and equipment.
  • •Develop daily work plans and 2-week/6-week lookaheads, coordinating clients, equipment, and materials to avoid schedule delays.
  • •Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and electrical/communication systems, ensuring accuracy for trenching, bedding, and compaction.
  • •Verify quality for grades, elevations, and compaction, coordinate inspections with agencies, and minimize rework.
  • •Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance through JHAs and safety meetings, manage crews and subcontractors, and maintain production reporting and closeout documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 135,000 annually
