Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing benefits delivery team and foster an inclusive culture
  • •Manage day-to-day administration of retirement, health, and risk programs in line with plan rules, company policy, service standards, and regulations
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners (trustees, carriers, suppliers) to resolve issues and implement benefit changes
  • •Manage suppliers and carriers, monitor service levels, run operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement using customer feedback and delivery analytics
  • •Lead benefits projects (renewals, vendor/system changes, standardization, and program transitions) and manage audits and statutory reporting

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of benefits plan administration (or comparable) with substantial supplier management experience
  • •Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific benefits administration, regulatory requirements, and retirement, health, and risk programs
  • •Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presenting clear recommendations to senior leaders
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
