Job Summary

Drive post-sale customer retention and expansion by equipping Customer Success Managers with enablement programs, training, and resources. Partner with CS leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and HR to build onboarding, readiness, and continuous learning initiatives aligned to GTM goals. Create outcome-based conversation enablement, collaborate on feature/value messaging for adoption plays, and measure impact through KPIs and customer health metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted enablement advisor to CS leadership and strategic partner to the broader Revenue Enablement team.
•Continuously evolve onboarding, continuous learning, and reinforcement programs for CSMs across role maturity stages.
•Launch training and resources for success planning, executive engagement, customer storytelling, and outcome alignment.
•Collaborate with product, marketing, and the AI CoE teams to enable CSMs on new features, value messaging, and adoption plays.
•Define and track enablement KPIs and use data to assess impact on onboarding ramp time, renewal/expansion readiness, and customer health metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 181,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 8 years in sales, customer success, enablement, onboarding, or talent development roles, preferably in the technology sector.
•Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale training initiatives that drive GTM success.
•Strong understanding of buyer/customer journey requirements and experience developing sales enablement strategies for SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
