Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee program/portfolio/project success by structuring, reviewing, and overseeing planning, execution, and closing across the delivery portfolio.
  • •Manage large, complex programs and projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing cost, scope, time, and quality.
  • •Serve as an escalation point and engagement manager, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and supporting change control, scope management, and forecasting.
  • •Lead client consulting efforts, including building relationships with senior leadership, presenting consulting deliverables, and facilitating key meetings.
  • •Mentor and grow PM talent through guidance, knowledge-sharing (including AI tool adoption), and participation in recruitment and hiring activities.
