Delivery Director

Oversee and manage multiple complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery success across scope, cost, time, and quality. Serve as an escalation and engagement point, managing risks, budget tracking, forecasting, and delivery processes for global onshore and nearshore teams across APAC. Lead people development through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and recruitment activities, while supporting sales through proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, and change orders.
