Key Responsibilities

  • •Work throughout the cycle to implement solutions based on in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps.
  • •Technically lead complex application activities and coordinate execution teams for site ß-sites, evaluation, and demos.
  • •Interface with customers to analyze technical requirements and align on schedule.
  • •Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
  • •Create and lead methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications, including transferring capabilities to customer application support teams and running technical review meetings.
