Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the dedicated product partner for Supply Chain, building domain knowledge and supporting capability planning.
  • •Conduct discovery to identify pain points and high-value opportunities, including procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and operations.
  • •Define epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria and dependency identification; guide delivery with engineering and sprint/release planning.
  • •Drive launch readiness with change management, training, and adoption support; monitor post-launch performance and iterate.
  • •Develop platform and domain strategy across multi-system integrations (e.g., ServiceNow ↔ Oracle and contract systems) with architects and engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combination, e.g., master’s/4 years, Ph.D./1 year, or 18 years).

  • •Ability to manage products spanning multiple platforms or systems of record.
  • •Strong discovery and facilitation skills to lead structured conversations and define requirements.
