Manage the loan pipeline, provide timely progress updates, meet sales and cross-selling objectives, and follow risk, policy, and compliance requirements.

•Develop referral contacts with realtors, builders, and professional/personal contacts.
•Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies, loan products, processing, and underwriting guidelines.
•Complete applicant applications using Fannie Mae Form 1003 on a laptop; access daily rates, credit reports, and Loan Prospector responses.
•Collect documentation, manage the loan pipeline through closing, transmit loans to LOMAS, and complete management reports.
•Provide timely updates and maintain high customer service while following escalation protocols and applicable risk policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (four-year college degree preferred).
•Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines.
•Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.

•S.A.F.E. Act registration required through the NMLS at time of employment.
