Build strong relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and multi-channel engagement (in-person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customer banking needs, recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals, and provide an optimal client experience by processing transactions and service requests. Educate customers on digital and self-service tools, open new consumer and business accounts, and submit credit applications while collaborating with branch partners and team members.
