Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across Modern Workplace portfolio pillars.
  • •Establish governance frameworks (including escalation paths, RACI models, and communication cadences) and manage customer expectations on scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
  • •Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for customer sponsors and stakeholders, facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional consultant teams across DEX, M365, ServiceNow, and Workplace AI specialists, coordinating multi-workstream programs and interdependencies.
  • •Manage project financials and documentation, including revenue forecasting, effort tracking, margin management, SOW development, change control, and risk/issue management; support practice growth and mentoring junior project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •PMP (or equivalent) project management certification with proven customer-facing delivery management experience.
  • •Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream IT Professional Services consulting engagements, including planning, execution, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • •Familiarity with Modern Workplace technology domains such as Nexthink, Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune, ServiceNow, Windows 11, or Workplace AI and understanding of ITSM and EUC environments.
  • •12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s; or 5+ years with a PhD (or equivalent experience).
