Job Summary

Drive digital transformation on the ServiceNow platform by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements with stakeholders and IT teams. Lead workshops to capture workflows, define user personas and acceptance criteria, and translate processes into clear functional specifications. Partner with ServiceNow Product Management, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads to shape roadmaps and backlog priorities, support Agile delivery with user stories, and coordinate with QA to ensure successful implementation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital products and services around the ServiceNow platform.
•Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer needs for ServiceNow implementations and further development.
•Translate business processes into functional specifications and define personas, journeys, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Management, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads to shape product vision and delivery goals.
•Support Agile delivery and QA by writing/refining user stories, validating delivered functionality, and coordinating test coverage and compliance changes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Business Analyst in structured teams, preferably with 2 years as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant.
•Engage stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for digital products and services around the ServiceNow platform.
•Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer needs for ServiceNow implementations, business workflows, and system requirements.
•Translate business processes into clear functional specifications, and define/document user personas, user journeys, business use cases, and acceptance criteria.
•Support Agile delivery by writing/refining user stories and validating delivered functionality, coordinating with QA and maintaining structured documentation (ServiceNow Agile board/ALM).
