Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair, service, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC/chiller equipment at customer locations.
  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs/modifications as requested.
  • •Conduct end-to-end testing including downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems on site.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain accountability for company/procured assets, and mentor team members; support overtime and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or completion certificate from an accredited technical school.
  • •10+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Proficient ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain screw, scroll, reciprocating, and centrifugal chillers.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (including DUI, hit-and-run, or reckless driving) in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification required.
