Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow ConocoPhillips HSE/OSHA/Process Safety Management (PSM) rules.
  • •Start up and shut down central facilities under normal and emergency conditions.
  • •Train new Mainline – Multi-Skill Operators and assess competence.
  • •Monitor and optimize central facility performance using Cygnet data; troubleshoot operational problems.
  • •Serve as liaison with support teams and assist with alarm rationalization, handovers, and pre-startup safety review (PSSR)/commissioning.

Key Requirements
