Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate bottling operation machinery including depalletizer, unloader, cleaner, filler, capper, labeler, lot coder, case packer, case coder, and palletizer.
  • •Perform on-line quality checks and complete accurate quality documents for each machine center while maintaining inventory counts and depletions.
  • •Run machines and perform line changeovers for different bottles, packaging, and liquids, ensuring efficient operation after changeover.
  • •Tag and report equipment defects and assist with repairs as needed.
  • •Make specialized TX Whiskey leather top caps, repair substandard packages, and clean machinery; follow good manufacturing practices, housekeeping, and safety rules.
