Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • •Support employees on HR matters and partner with leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and decision-making.
  • •Support leaders across HR areas including recognition and rewards, performance reviews, complaints handling, absence management, health and safety, workforce planning, talent acquisition, briefings, employee development, and training.
  • •Implement and drive HR strategy within the assigned business area aligned to company goals, ensuring alignment with organizational targets.
  • •Contribute to change management initiatives, operationalize HR planning processes, and provide input to HR dashboards and analytical trends.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent qualification in personnel management or a related field.
  • •At least 3–5 years of HR experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry, ideally within an international organization.
  • •Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law, HR metrics, and employee relations.
  • •Strong coaching and advisory skills to design and implement HR solutions and gain business acceptance.
  • •Fluent German and English communication in both written and spoken form.
