Key Responsibilities

  • •Support credit strategy and portfolio performance work across approval, limits, pricing, authorization, and collections for retail lending and credit card products.
  • •Evaluate lending portfolio/campaign performance and experiments; recommend strategy enhancements to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
  • •Build data-driven business cases for fraud strategies and countermeasures, including metrics and visualizations to detect anomalous patterns.
  • •Apply financial modelling to estimate fraud-loss impact of new feature launches and help develop decision thresholds using ML-based risk scores.
  • •Partner with data science, product, and engineering to implement strategies, share trends/performance with leadership, and support roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (third year or later) or a new graduate (within 6 months of graduation).
  • •Available to work full-time hours and able to commute to Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
