Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day management of the Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence and customer experience.
  • •Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales performance, AOV) and identify trends and opportunities.
  • •Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards with actionable insights for decision-making.
  • •Manage catalog activities to ensure accurate product data, consistent assortment, seasonal updates, and promotional initiatives.
