Own global alignment across 42dot’s subsidiaries, entities, and overseas branches by standardizing operating practices and ensuring consistency with HQ strategy, product, and technology roadmaps. Drive KPI- and performance-based monitoring, internal controls, and improvements while serving as the HQ–branch communication hub to coordinate stakeholders, resolve key operating issues, and maximize enterprise outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Standardize operations for domestic and overseas branches/entities and align them with HQ policies and processes.
•Check operational consistency of branch/entity people, organization, and budget, and resolve major operational issues.
•Align subsidiary strategy with HQ Product/Technology/BD strategies.
•Monitor subsidiary/branch performance, report to executives, and execute improvement actions.
•Act as the communication hub between HQ and branches and coordinate key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in global operations or subsidiary/entity management.
•Experience integrating product strategy and business strategy across entity establishment and operations.
•Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with complex stakeholders and multi-region organizations.
•Data-driven analytical capability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to communicate with executives and produce documentation and reporting.
