Job Summary

Manage all functions of the C-130H Aircrew Training System (ATS) Contract, including on-site training and sustainment at Little Rock Air Force Base. Oversee aircrew instruction, Air Education and Training Command (AETC) courseware updates, and the Cybersecurity Program. Provide Contractor Logistics Support for ATS and Maintenance Training System (MTS) devices, conduct concurrency/obsolescence modifications, and train certified aircrew. Own contract performance accountability, coordinate with the Contracting Officer, and ensure systems engineering oversight, cost/schedule/scope integration, and student throughput protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all functions of the C-130H Aircrew Training System (ATS) Contract, including on-site management of training and sustainment at Little Rock Air Force Base.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,466 - 160,631

Key Requirements

•10+ years of management experience in the aviation field.
•Experience leading a diversified team at multiple sites in an aerospace environment.
•Proven ability to attract, hire, and motivate a strong management team.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•US Citizen eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; Master’s degree in an aviation-related or management discipline or 10+ years of experience.
