Job Summary

Design and maintain an enterprise visual design system for learning materials within Global Learning and Leadership Development. Partner with Learning Experience Designers and facilitators to translate learning intent into clear, consistent, accessible visual structure. Create templates, visual systems, and reusable asset libraries that improve navigation and comprehension, reduce cognitive load, and evolve over time based on stakeholder feedback across global programs.

•Apply and maintain the visual look and feel of learning materials across programs, platforms, and regions.
•Design and maintain learning-specific templates, visual standards, and reusable asset libraries.
•Use learning and accessibility standards to reduce cognitive load and improve comprehension and usability.
•Partner with Learning Experience Designers to translate learning intent into visual diagrams, layouts, and assets.
•Maintain and refine visual standards and assets over time based on feedback to support evolving learning needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,120 - 86,400 annually

•3+ years of experience designing learning materials with a focus on clarity and structure.
•Strong visual design skills to communicate complex ideas through layout, hierarchy, and visual structure.
•Ability to apply learning and accessibility standards to reduce cognitive load and support inclusive learning experiences.
•Experience creating and maintaining reusable templates, design systems, and asset libraries for consistency at scale.
•Proficiency using modern design and presentation tools to produce high-quality learning assets across formats.
