Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate IPPF components into audit engagements and drive the audit program, including communicating objectives and scope, documenting walkthroughs/flowcharts, and performing sample-based testing.
  • •Draft engagement findings and compile/distribute draft reports to management, presenting findings in close stakeholder meetings.
  • •Lead audit engagements by facilitating discussions with management on risk mitigation and feasibility of process improvements.
  • •Conduct fraud risk assessment work, evaluating fraud controls and procedures, performing procedures to identify indicators, and discussing root causes with management.
  • •Complete first-level workpaper reviews with coaching notes, and use data analytics to plan and execute fieldwork while seeking AI/automation opportunities to improve testing efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area (advanced degree a plus).
  • •Minimum 4 years’ progressive experience in internal/external audit, accounting, or finance, or at least 2 years in public accounting at a Big 4 or national firm.
  • •Experience running/leading small teams.
  • •Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Visio; knowledge of Workday, AuditBoard, and Oracle/Sage X3 is a plus.
  • •CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) required prior to the hire date.
