Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory availability and inventory health, including in-stock improvement, inventory planning, vendor operational improvement, systematic forecasting, and efficiency improvements in fulfillment centers
  • •Partner with vendor managers and marketing managers to drive sales and profitability growth
  • •Work on key system inputs to enable highly automated replenishment
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to improve tools and processes affecting purchasing and vendor management workflows
  • •Drive complex business analysis and cross-functional system and process improvement projects to identify and realize cost and profitability opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Supply Chain/Operations discipline
  • •5+ years experience in operations, IT, retail, consulting and/or finance, with history of owning/driving results
  • •Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
  • •Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles
  • •Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
