•Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models; harmonize strategies across markets with local adaptations while ensuring financial discipline.
•Evaluate financial impact and monitor cost-per-order trends; align incentives with profitability and rider supply/fleet retention.
•Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies; translate insights into actionable recommendations for logistics operations.
•Lead rollout of advanced data science models and automated tools for rider payments and operational efficiency regionally.
•Collaborate with central Product team to translate requirements into product requests and ensure adoption of new capabilities across the region.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy, or investment banking; gig-economy or marketplace/logistics exposure is a plus.
•University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker to analyze data, build models and generate insights.
•Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken; comfortable challenging the status quo with senior stakeholders.
