Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
  • •Oversee statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • •Interpret and implement US GAAP accounting guidance and evaluate complex accounting transactions; prepare technical accounting memos.
  • •Act as day-to-day liaison for internal and external auditors and drive audit readiness improvements.
  • •Oversee Global Shared Services function, establish SLAs/KPIs, and build high-performing finance teams while driving automation and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance
  • •Big 4 audit or advisory experience preferred
  • •8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • •Experience with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards
  • •Experience managing teams and interacting with senior leadership
