Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Run extrusion jobs per customer specifications, manufacturing specifications, and SOPs while prioritizing safety.
  • •Organize, record, and store resin; adjust machine specifications and pressures for each job.
  • •Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately; comply with 5S and WCM initiatives.
  • •Prepare flexo printing components (inks, substrates, plates, cylinders, gears) and assist/operate the press as needed to ensure quality.
  • •Support scrap removal/identification and train/direct the extrusion assistant to minimize change-over and downtime.

  • •Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
