  • •Accelerate training and inference speed for AI models and applications using efficiency improvement techniques.
  • •Build AI agents that automatically write and evaluate efficient kernels and workload optimization code.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure and the development ecosystem.
  • •Publish research through top-tier conferences, workshops, and/or technical blogs.
  • •Engage with academia and open-source ML communities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,376,970 - 1,967,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in machine learning, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field is expected; exceptional Bachelor’s candidates with relevant research experience may also be considered.
  • •Strong development and debugging skills in Python.
  • •Experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, including distributed training tools and agentic AI frameworks.
  • •Solid understanding of architectures including transformers, state space, diffusion, and flow models.
  • •Experience writing and optimizing GPU kernels using HIP, CUDA, and Triton, and/or building self-evolving agents (e.g., code generation, discovery).
