Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct requirements gathering and lead solution blueprinting to align SAP DMC with client business processes.
  • •Configure, implement, and support SAP DMC solutions including shop floor execution and POD/UI customization and system integration.
  • •Integrate SAP DMC with other SAP modules and third-party systems using tools like SAP Cloud Connector.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end system testing, UAT, and support deployment and go-live activities.
  • •Create and deliver training and maintain functional and technical documentation; troubleshoot SAP DMC issues and assist in pre-sales demonstrations and solution presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Digital Manufacturing/BTP solutions, including at least one full SAP DM implementation.
  • •Knowledge of Shop Order, SFC, and production execution concepts.
  • •Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP BAS, cloud integrations, and API management.
  • •Understanding of shop floor automation, including integration with production connectors and scanner integration.
  • •Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SAP DMC issues and support client operations.
