Job Summary

Implement, configure, and support SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), aligning solution blueprinting with client business processes. Lead requirements gathering, integrate SAP DMC with other SAP modules and third-party systems (including SAP Cloud Connector), and coordinate end-to-end testing with UAT through go-live. Create training and documentation, troubleshoot issues for ongoing client/system support, and assist with pre-sales demos and solution presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct requirements gathering and lead solution blueprinting to align SAP DMC with client business processes.
•Configure, implement, and support SAP DMC solutions including shop floor execution and POD/UI customization and system integration.
•Integrate SAP DMC with other SAP modules and third-party systems using tools like SAP Cloud Connector.
•Coordinate end-to-end system testing, UAT, and support deployment and go-live activities.
•Create and deliver training and maintain functional and technical documentation; troubleshoot SAP DMC issues and assist in pre-sales demonstrations and solution presentations.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Digital Manufacturing/BTP solutions, including at least one full SAP DM implementation.
•Knowledge of Shop Order, SFC, and production execution concepts.
•Familiarity with SAP UI5, SAP BAS, cloud integrations, and API management.
•Understanding of shop floor automation, including integration with production connectors and scanner integration.
•Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SAP DMC issues and support client operations.
