Job Summary

Plan, execute, and optimize external facing events that drive demand and supply growth across sales, success, and partnerships. Partner with leadership to align events to goals, budgets, and KPIs; manage vendors and logistics end to end; and collaborate with Marketing to support promotion and content. Build repeatable AI-supported workflows, track ROI with post-event analysis, and document learnings to improve how the team operates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and execute end-to-end event plans for conferences, workshops, partner summits, and client meetings.
•Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Partnership leadership to align events with strategic goals, budgets, and KPIs.
•Build and improve repeatable AI-supported workflows for event planning, communications, budget tracking, vendor evaluation, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
•Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to deliver high-quality events within budget.
•Coordinate event logistics and promotion, then collect and analyze event data to measure ROI and provide insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•PMP or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of experience in event management, event operations, travel or events-related customer support, and/or project management.
•Knowledge of the sales and success industry with experience coordinating sales-related events.
•Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
