Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Develop and present cost plans, including producing final cost plans and updating cost estimates at design milestones.
  • •Perform cost control activities: reconcile changes, validate contractor/subcontractor pricing, and manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Manage cost impact/contingency management, commitment tracking, and prepare monthly cost reports and funding data presentations.
  • •Provide commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering; support final account negotiation and benchmarking via built cost records.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium/large construction projects with medium to high complexity, ideally in mission-critical environments such as data centers or major infrastructure.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
  • •Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel/provide onsite support as required (typically 25-50%).
