Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •3+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics (or a combination)
  • •2+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets
  • •Preferred: Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module experience
  • •Preferred: 2+ years building models and conducting analyses using Excel/Google Sheets, Python, and/or SQL
