Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • •Design, build, and ship production-ready features across the OIG system with focus on correctness, reliability, and performance.
  • •Quickly deliver high-quality bug fixes and handle customer-reported issues.
  • •Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and maintain a high engineering quality bar.
  • •Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to scope development and deployment work.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang, including deep understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous processing.
  • •Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens for service-to-service communication.
  • •Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • •Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis) at scale.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate, EC2, Lambda) and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform; comfortable managing cloud resources.
