Provide medication counselling on use, dosing, precautions, and storage; ensure timely dispensing to meet patient flow targets. Identify and resolve therapeutic duplications and interactions, coordinate with physicians and nurses to optimize orders, and support medication safety, LASA/high-alert guidelines, inventory control, and documentation for quality improvement.
