•Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing associates and managing results.
•Spend 90% of working time on the sales floor attracting customers, selling, and coaching employees.
•Track key indicators (sales, conversion, UPT, average ticket) and ensure correct execution of visual and operational standards on the sales floor.
