  • •Own end-to-end technology and digital product management for a portfolio/product line/segment, including strategy, roadmaps, and alignment.
  • •Implement data-driven methodologies across channels to optimize user experiences and improve KPI/KRI performance.
  • •Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including strategy/planning, innovation, user experience, process engineering, analytics, and/or research/testing.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or leading matrixed/cross-functional teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and influence leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategy.
  • •Demonstrated people management skills and ability to work in an Agile, Lean Product Development and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
